What You Will Do
Manage and Process Invoices:
Oversee the end-to-end processing of affiliate invoices, ensuring strict accuracy and total compliance with company financial policies.
Facilitate Partner Communication:
Proactively communicate with affiliates to request, review, and verify invoices for completeness and clarity.
Resolve Financial Discrepancies:
Act as the primary bridge to resolve payment issues and discrepancies in close collaboration with internal finance teams.
Maintain Financial Records:
Keep highly organized financial records and meticulously track affiliate payments to ensure transparency.
Generate Performance Reports:
Produce regular reports on invoice status and payment flow to provide management with actionable insights.
Support Month-End Closing:
Assist the broader finance department with vital month-end closing activities related to affiliate invoicing.
What You Bring
Experience:
Proven experience in accounts payable, invoicing, or finance-related roles with a results-driven approach to tracking numerical data.
Technical Skills:
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern accounting software, combined with a sharp attention to detail.
Core Competencies:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with both affiliates and internal stakeholders.
