Available Positions & Requirements:

1. Customer Support Specialist (Entry Level)

• Role: Assist customers via email, chat, and phone with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service updates.
• Requirements: Entry-level profiles welcome! Strong communication skills, empathy, and eagerness to learn.
  
  
  

2. Content Moderator (Entry Level)

• Role: Review and analyze user-generated online content (images, text, video) to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
• Requirements: Entry-level profiles welcome! High attention to detail, strong digital literacy, and critical thinking skills.
  
  
  

3. Sales / Account Representative (Experienced)

• Role: Proactively contact business partners or consumers, present tailored solutions, negotiate, and drive revenue growth.
• Requirements: Minimum 1 year of prior experience in sales, business development, or telesales.
  
  
  

Language & Eligibility Criteria:

• Languages Required: Native or Bilingual (C1/C2 level) in ONE of the following languages:
• German
• Dutch
• French
  
• English: Advanced level (B2/C1) for internal communication, training, and systems.
• Work Authorization: Must hold EU/EEA Citizenship or a valid, unrestricted Work Permit for the destination country. (Please note: Visa sponsorship is not provided).
