We're seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist(Maternity Cover) to join our Affiliates team in Barcelona (Hybrid) on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will take full ownership of our tier 1 partners within the Affiliate marketing channel, driving bookings, Prime members and revenue growth, managing key publisher relationships, and optimizing partner performance.If you're ready to soar, we're ready to take you there.

What you will do:

The Role's Key Responsibilities

• Tier-1 Partner & Agency Management: Oversee relationships with top-tier affiliates and networks and execute the strategy across these key partners to meet targets.
• Optimization & Growth: Continuously audit and optimize commission structures, promotional calendars, and placement opportunities to maximize channel profitability.
• Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value new partners, focus influencers, and strategic B2B partners.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on channel KPIs
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to align campaign messaging, budgets, and contract terms.

What you need to succeed:

Job Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience managing large-scale partnership (ideally within the Affiliate marketing and/or travel industry)
• Analytical Mindset: Strong data-analysis skills with a track record of managing performance-driven budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate placements, commission rates, and contract terms with premium publishers and media houses.
• Adaptability: Comfort stepping into an established framework, quickly taking ownership, and working autonomously from day one.
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Good to have

• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with major affiliate networks (e.g., AWIN, CJ, PartnerStack, Rakuten) and tracking technologies.
• Additional languages are a strong plus (e.g., Spanish, French, German, or others welcome).
• Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants.
• Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
• AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
