Agent Deployment Engineer

About the Role

Join a technical delivery team building and launching AI agents for enterprise customers. You will own customer-facing implementation work from scoping through launch and iteration, helping deliver reliable agents that address real business needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of AI agent builds, from initial customer scoping through launch and ongoing improvement.

• Translate customer requirements into structured implementation plans and carry out the technical work needed to deliver each build.

• Partner with customer technical stakeholders and internal product, engineering, success, and go-to-market teams to coordinate delivery.

• Identify gaps during implementation and share customer feedback to help improve the agent-building platform.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 3 or more years of relevant experience, including delivering technical solutions end to end for customers.

• Experience writing Python code and working with APIs or building integrations.

• Background at a technically complex B2B SaaS company, or equivalent experience building and delivering technical products.

• Strong computer science fundamentals, supported by a CS degree, an engineering education, or experience as a software or founding engineer.

• Experience building agent workflows, conversational systems, or automation workflows is valuable.

• Familiarity with large language models or AI agents is helpful.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $175,000 to $230,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California, with five days per week in the office.
