Job Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analysis of rates to work as actual vs contractual for at least two major order like plumbing, fire fighting, electrical by actual measurement vs order records Handover to customer in full and error free flats as per sales requirement (priority list) and time line. Deployment of vendor as per plan and schedule. Proper planning of required material for completion Proper deployment of labor on site Ensure smooth functioning of the project Coordination of drawings & details with architects & consultants Quality control Cost control Trouble shooting with local officials with bmc/bses/collectorate etc. Interaction with customers regarding flat modification To ensure safety & security at site Employee development Ability to manage and deal effectively with contractors. Lead team of engineers Provide a vision and concept to all the internal architects and consultant to ensure that the plans set do not have any errors which would constraint the working of the project Work Experience QUALIFICATION: Graduate Civil Engineer EXPERIENCE : 10 to 15 years facade high rise experience COMPETENCIES Stakeholder Management Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders (internal and external), understand their concerns, give correct requirements, set right expectations with an aim to get desired output for services hired / services rendered. Planning and Scheduling Ability to plan and schedule the project activities/timelines etc. (Civil, mechanical, Electrical, productivity, cost control, processes etc.) for meeting organisation's standards while optimizing efforts, resources, time and processes. Process Adherence Ability to adhere to processes and provide leadership through the depth of knowledge in a domain and process. Construction Management Ability to understand basic construction principles, methods of building, materials and products used in building and finishing, reading drawing, construction technology etc. and apply the knowledge to work effectively in one's domain/area of work. Quality Control and Quality Assurance Ability to oversee all activities are meeting the desired level of quality standard at all times.
