AI Product Manager

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing financial technology company using AI and data to transform how high-growth businesses access and manage capital.

They’re looking for a highly technical AI Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered products across the full lifecycle - from data and models through to user-facing applications.

You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Data Science, turning complex financial and business problems into production-ready AI systems. This includes AI assistants, agentic workflows, decision-support tools and data platforms that need to be accurate, explainable and reliable in a high-stakes environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and deliver AI-native products including AI assistants, chat interfaces, agentic workflows and decision-support tools.
• Translate complex financial and analytical problems into practical AI product solutions.
• Own product development across data pipelines, model layers and application experiences.
• Design and implement LLM and multi-agent systems across key business workflows.
• Build structured representations of complex financial and business data.
• Own the quality and reliability of AI outputs in production.
• Define approaches to evaluation, hallucination mitigation and model performance.
• Work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to take concepts through to production.
• Debug problems across data quality, model behaviour and user experience.
• Develop AI-powered tools for areas such as financial analysis, risk assessment, deal evaluation and monitoring.
• Make architectural and product trade-offs while balancing speed, accuracy and business impact.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with strong technical depth.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompting, RAG, evaluation and hallucination mitigation.
• Good understanding of data pipelines, APIs and structured/unstructured data.
• Strong grasp of machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation.
• Experience building or managing AI-powered products in production.
• Strong SQL/data querying skills and experience working with API integrations.
• Ability to understand and shape system architecture across data, AI models and product layers.
• Comfortable debugging problems across data, model and UX layers.
• Proven experience working closely with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Experience with financial, analytical or data-intensive products is highly beneficial.
• Fintech or financial services experience is a strong plus.
