About the Role

The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities

• The role includes prospecting potential clients, analysing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deals
• Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales target
• Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, Channel Partners and real estate agents/broker
• Represent Company at property exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional event
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, including property selection, negotiations, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate sect
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies according
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationshi
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay range and compensation package

Fixed per month plus commission. Benefits include work visa, airfare tickets, and medical insurance.
