AI Research Scientist

About the Role

Join an AI research and engineering team building infrastructure for reliable AI agents in production. You will advance agentic AI methods and help turn research into practical capabilities for real-world workflows.

What You'll Do

• Develop and improve AI methods, algorithms, and systems across the lifecycle of reliable agents.

• Create approaches for simulating, evaluating, and optimizing agent behavior in real-world settings.

• Turn research ideas into working systems, prototypes, and production-facing capabilities.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate AI innovation into practical value.

• Help shape technical direction in agent reliability, evaluation, and optimization.

What We're Looking For

• Between 1 and 10+ years of relevant experience in AI research or engineering.

• Experience with Python, AI and machine learning, large language models, reinforcement learning, AI agents, agent frameworks, evaluation systems, or continuous learning.

• Interest or experience in developing and deploying reliable AI agents, including simulation, evaluation, and optimization.

• Ability to move between technical research, experimentation, and practical implementation.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range is $130,000 to $200,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.

This is a remote role based in the United States.
