As an Albanian Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our Albanian-speaking clientele. This position comes with an attractive relocation package to support your smooth transition to Lisbon but the priority will be given to candidates based in Portugal as it will be to start asap. Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with Albanian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide support.
