Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity

Join our dynamic Ally Insurance Business Line Risk team as an Analyst II and play a pivotal role in supporting existing governance, risk, continuity, and third-party risk processes across the Insurance business line. Utilize your exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive attitude to help advance our governance and risk programs. Your key responsibilities will include supporting AI Risk and Governance use cases, coordinating Business Continuity activities, and providing comprehensive Third Party Risk Management support. Additionally, you will be given opportunities to develop and/or demonstrate data skills by leveraging your familiarity with Data Governance and Data Management concepts. The Work Itself

  • AI Risk and Governance Support: Partner with use case owners to populate and submit initial Intake and Impact Assessment forms, help ensure individual use cases continue progressing through each stage of the process, and provide general process support to use case owners, leadership, and matrix stakeholders.
  • Business Continuity Support: Support annual Business Continuity Plan confirmations and updates, coordinate table-top exercises, answer questions, and provide support to critical process owners as continuity activities are completed.
  • Third Party Risk Management Support: Provide comprehensive support and help resolve Relationship Owner form or program questions, while supporting Enterprise TPRM team initiatives, process changes, and program updates that impact the Insurance business line. Maintain existing reporting routines surrounding proactive flagging and delinquent RO task monitoring

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • Analytical Mindset: Apply critical thinking to AI Governance, Business Continuity, and TPRM processes by identifying issues, assessing impacts, and supporting practical resolutions.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, professional communication (written or verbal) with use case owners, critical process owners, Relationship Owners, leadership, and matrix stakeholders to support AI Risk and Governance, Business Continuity, and TPRM activities.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure intake forms, BCP updates, tabletop materials, and TPRM tasks are complete, accurate, and progressed timely.
  • Collaboration: Work across use case owners, critical process owners, Relationship Owners, leadership, and enterprise partners to keep risk processes moving.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using standard Microsoft suite of products including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Comfortable using (or willing to learn) CoPilot365 (AI work aid)
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple AI Governance, BCP, and TPRM activities, deadlines, questions, and follow-ups simultaneously in an organized and timely manner.
  • Data Proficiency: Ability to manage large volumes of data, use data to support conclusions and recommended next steps, write code (Snowflake, SQL), while also applying sound Data Governance and Data Management concepts is a plus.
  • Knowledge of risk governance, business continuity, third-party risk, corporate governance, compliance, or financial services is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience
  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent

Base Pay Range

$55,000.00 - $95,000.00

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation:

This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
