Two Roles, Built to Back Each Other Up

Manage dual-function GTO and ANT caseloads across Katherine. Deliver hands-on mentorship, compliance tracking, apprentice sign-ups, and host business relationships across urban and remote cattle station runs with back-up support.

The Job You'd Be Taking On

• Conduct apprentice sign-ups, workplace inspections, and cattle station runs
• Administer Training Contracts aligned to contract and legislative obligations
• Drive performance, attendance, and welfare conversations with apprentices and hosts
• Promote apprenticeship opportunities and build business networks across the region
• Maintain accurate case notes, compliance records, and reporting metrics

You, in a Nutshell

• Manual NT Driver’s Licence
• VET system and IR framework knowledge
• Remote NT travel capability
• Experience in dual compliance and stakeholder relationship management
• Proven engagement skills with diverse clients, including Indigenous communities

• Salary of up to $89,000 plus superannuation & Salary sacrificing opportunities.
