Brief introduction - Building and Architecting Technology Solutions using different technologies vi. SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, CPI and GCP Partnering with Functional and Business Experts and delivering scalable solutions Delivering Projects in an Agile way and Support existing applications Responsibilities - Deliver day to day application support Architect Technology Solutions for new implementations Manage & perform the design, configuration & testing of applications based in Outsystems, ABAP, CPI, BTP, GCP, Salesforce Maintain standards of system performance & reliability by following procedures, analyzing root causes & continuous improvement Adhere to global governance, project steps & documentation Ability to independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution Ability to design technical specifications for developers for specific custom developments and integrations to 3rd party applications Leverage AI in solving business problems and bring efficiency in IT and Core Business Processes Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and changes in the world of SAP development and other technologies. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work Mentor and coach junior developer resources as needed. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science) with 8+ years of experience In depth knowledge of multiple development tools and GCP Programming skills Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills.
