Architectural Design Manager

Located: Las Vegas, NV (Relocation assistance offered if needed)

$85k-$105k base salary

Join a premier luxury homebuilder where you’ll help shape exceptional residential designs while leading a talented team of designers. This role blends creative leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration to bring distinctive, high-end homes to life.

What You’ll Do

• Lead architectural design direction for luxury homes, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the company’s design vision.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the design team, including hiring, training, and workload planning.
• Collaborate with Construction, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
• Oversee design standards, workflows, and processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Support sales and marketing with presentations, 3D models, visualizations, and other design materials.
• Help establish best practices, guide design reviews, and contribute directly to high-profile projects.
  
  

What You Bring

• 6+ years of residential or hospitality architecture experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program is nice to have.
• Architectural license preferred, or actively pursuing licensure but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to coach teams and drive results.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SketchUp OR Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, or Enscape experience is a plus.
