Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Agentic AI Engineers – UAE based - Global Fund - Up to USD 400k TC

Role: Agentic AI Engineer (all levels, from entry to Lead)

Location: UAE, would require relocation

Compensation: Up to $300–400k USD total compensation, tax-free in the UAE, depending on experience.

I’m working with a global trading firm that is building a highly technical AI team in the UAE and is looking for exceptional Agentic AI Engineers to work on the next generation of intelligent, autonomous systems.

This is a research-heavy engineering role focused on building and improving agentic systems, agent harnesses and multi-agent architectures, rather than simply integrating existing LLM APIs.

Key experience we’re looking for:

• Agent harness engineering and experience building agent execution/orchestration systems.
• Multi-agent architectures and autonomous agent workflows.
• ReAct agents and reasoning-based agent design.
• Deep Research agents and complex research workflows.
• LangGraph and/or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool-use architectures.
• Strong understanding of the underlying AI/ML concepts powering modern agentic systems, including LLMs, transformers and RAG.

Background:

• PhD preferred, particularly from a leading academic institution, although exceptional candidates with a Master’s or Bachelor’s from a top university will also be considered.
• Strong research, engineering and problem-solving ability.
• Candidates do not need prior trading or financial markets experience.
