What You’ll Do Perform digital multi-point inspections with photos and video Accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems Execute repairs efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality Communicate clearly with advisors to support a seamless customer experience Stay current with OEM standards, evolving technology, and best practices Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Properly document all work performed and parts used What We’re Looking For ASE Certifications (preferred / required depending on level) Minimum 3+ years of automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic ability with minimal supervision Proven ability to flag hours in a production environment Valid driver’s license Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset Comfortable with modern vehicle technology and digital tools A technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a winning team Compensation & Benefits $28 – $50 per hour (based on experience & ASE certifications) Paid semi-monthly Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance available (for qualified candidates) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid OEM training & ASE certification reimbursement Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Why Valley Nissan Mitsubishi?
