We’re looking for Assembly Technicians to join one of the Netherlands’ most innovative high-tech manufacturing environments, working on advanced mechatronic systems and precision equipment used in demanding technology applications.

If you have a background in electronics and/or mechatronics assembly, machine building, precision manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial equipment, this could be an excellent opportunity to bring your hands-on skills into the Dutch high-tech industry.

You’ll work in a modern, highly controlled production environment where precision, quality and technical craftsmanship are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble advanced electronics and mechatronic systems
• Build and install precision components and subassemblies
• Read and work according to technical drawings, work instructions and assembly documentation
• Perform quality inspections and dimensional checks
• Use hand tools, measuring equipment and assembly tools accurately
• Identify assembly deviations and ensure work meets strict quality standards
• Work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom and high-tech manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers and production colleagues to deliver high-quality systems

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in electronics and/or mechatronics assembly
• Experience within precision assembly, automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or similar technical environments
• Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Comfortable working with electrical components, like PCB's, tools and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to work accurately according to technical procedures and instructions
• Good command of English
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands
• Experience working in a cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment is an advantage

• Monthly gross salary of approximately €3,500 – €4,000, depending on experience and technical background
