Mechanical / Mechatronics Assembly Technician (High-Tech) — Enschede, Netherlands

We are currently recruiting Mechanical / Mechatronics Assembly Technicians ready to relocate to the Enschede region to work in the High-Tech & Cleanroom industry.

Role & Responsibilities

You will join high-tech production teams responsible for the assembly and integration of complex mechanical and mechatronic systems inside a cleanroom environment.

This role is a great fit for professionals coming from Industrial Maintenance, Automotive Mechanics, Aircraft Maintenance, or Precision Assembly backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the assembly and integration of complex high-tech mechanical and mechatronic systems.
• Accurately read, interpret, and follow technical drawings and detailed work instructions.
• Conduct precision adjustments, system verifications, and quality checks inside a cleanroom environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain strict quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Technical background in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Aircraft Maintenance, Automotive Mechanics, or related technical fields.
• Hands-on experience as a Maintenance Technician, Car Mechanic, Aircraft Technician, or Assembly Technician.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics (essential requirement).
• High attention to detail and strong ability to follow standardized work instructions.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• EU Citizenship / Valid Working Permit for the EU (mandatory requirement).
• Willingness to relocate to the Enschede area, Netherlands.
