As Assistant Director of Allied Health Professions and Health Science, you will provide visible, accessible and strategic leadership across the Health Board's AHP and Health Science workforce. Main duties of the job
Holding professional responsibility for the Health Board's entire AHP and Health Science workforce, you will ensure compliance with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and other relevant regulatory standards while driving innovation, service improvement and workforce excellence. Working closely with Clinical Care Groups, the Deputy Director of Allied Health Professions and Health Science, and a wide range of internal and external partners, you will lead workforce transformation, advance practice development, research, education and quality improvement initiatives across the organisation.
