Demonstrating critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations. Provides ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain high competency levels. Preparing the unit for audits and surveys, by monitoring and maintaining unit compliance with regulatory standards, accrediting, hospital polices while coordinating staff education to maintain competencies and preparedness.
