Your Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of In-Room Dining operations and administration.
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to consistently enhance guest service and the overall offering.
Ensure the highest standards of luxury service are maintained at all times.
Lead, motivate, and support the In-Room Dining team to achieve daily operational goals and targets.
Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure all guest requests and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.

About You

Previous experience in In-Room Dining within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Native or fluent speaker of a European language is required.
Previous experience within an international luxury hotel group is highly desirable.
