The College of Business invites applications for an Assistant or Associate Professor in Business Data Analytics.

The university emphasizes applied, technical, professional, student-centered, and experiential learning.

Faculty members are placed at the appropriate academic rank based on education and experience.

Responsibilities

Develop, deliver, and evaluate Business Data Analytics courses.
Evaluate student progress and manage learning-environment resources.
Liaise with industry and educational institutions and participate in industry advisory committees.
Coordinate, manage, and control projects within the program area.
Maintain course portfolio documents for accreditation and engage in instructional improvement plans.
Contribute to professional and community life within and beyond the College.
Supervise research students and initiate applied research projects.

Education

A PhD in Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is required.
The doctorate must be from an internationally recognized university, with an undergraduate degree from an accredited university.

Assistant Professor Qualifications

At least 3 years of teaching experience in a post-secondary, adult training, or industry training environment.
A distinguished research record, high-quality top-tier journal publications, research student supervision, and industry engagement leadership are required.
A diploma in education, six or more years of practitioner experience, and technology-project leadership are preferred.

Associate Professor Qualifications

At least 8 years of teaching experience in a post-secondary, adult training, or industry training environment.
Professional certification, a diploma in education, ten or more years of practitioner experience, and technology-project leadership are preferred.
