What We're Looking For
At least 6 years of civil litigation experience, including motion practice, discovery, and independent case management.
A J.D. from an accredited law school and active Washington State Bar membership in good standing, or the ability to obtain it.
Strong legal writing and experience drafting and arguing motions through summary judgment.
Experience taking and defending depositions, with trial experience as first or second chair preferred.
Ability to manage cases with minimal supervision and readiness to take cases through trial.
Background in employment law, school law, insurance defense, or general civil litigation is relevant.
A record of professional stability and no history of bar discipline or criminal convictions.
Willingness to work in the office daily.
