Role Overview: Support the mission to provide high-quality, affordable dental care by delivering services to diverse patient populations, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate environment.
Responsibilities: Provide dental treatments, participate in team activities like morning huddles, promote positive community engagement, and ensure excellent patient experiences. Work with advanced tools such as digital x-ray, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces, supporting a patient base of mostly ages 3-21 with some adult patients. Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols.
Qualifications & Skills: DDS/DMD from an accredited program, valid dental license, CPR/DEA certifications, and Nitrous Oxide certification where applicable. Demonstrate compassion, teamwork, and a strong desire to serve both children and adults.
