Associate Dentist

Role Overview: An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate and team-oriented environment. They support community health initiatives, participate in team huddles, and foster positive patient experiences, especially with pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dental services using advanced tools such as digital x-ray, Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Collaborate with a team of hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols through ongoing training.
• Promote community engagement and uphold a positive organizational image.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Valid dental license or eligibility for licensure in relevant states.
• CPR, DEA, and other relevant certifications; Nitrous Oxide certification preferred in certain states.
• Passion for caring for both children and adults with a team-focused mindset.
