Role Overview: An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate and team-oriented environment. They support community health initiatives, participate in team huddles, and foster positive patient experiences, especially with pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver dental services using advanced tools such as digital x-ray, Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces.
Collaborate with a team of hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols through ongoing training.
Promote community engagement and uphold a positive organizational image.
Qualifications & Skills
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program.
Valid dental license or eligibility for licensure in relevant states.
CPR, DEA, and other relevant certifications; Nitrous Oxide certification preferred in certain states.
Passion for caring for both children and adults with a team-focused mindset.
