Associate Dentist - Sign On Bonus

Role Overview: An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate and team-oriented environment. They support the community, participate in team activities, and promote a positive image of the practice.

Responsibilities Include

• Delivering dental services using advanced tools such as digital x-ray, Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces
• Collaborating with a team of hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow
• Participating in daily huddles, planning patient care, and fostering teamwork
• Providing care to patients aged 3-21, with some adult patients
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
• Valid dental license for practicing in relevant states
• CPR, DEA, and other relevant certifications; Nitrous Oxide certification preferred in certain states
• Passion for caring for children and adults; teamwork and mutual respect are essential
