Dentist - Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a growing team dedicated to providing high-quality dental care in a compassionate environment.

• Deliver dental services to a patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults, utilizing advanced tools like digital x-ray, Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Collaborate with a team including hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient office flow and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in team activities such as morning huddles, community outreach, and promoting a positive image.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols through training.
• Qualifications include a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, valid licensure, CPR/DEA certifications, and a passion for caring for children and adults.
