We are growing our Building Services team and looking for an experienced
Associate Director to join us in
Brisbane, leading our Education and Health sector presence in Queensland. You'll work on a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects, playing a key role in winning and delivering building services solutions that shape some of the most meaningful environments in the built environment.
Please note: Applicants must reside in Australia and hold full Australian working rights, as this role does not offer visa sponsorship. Who We Are
Founded in 2011 in Australia, ADP Consulting is a trusted, sustainability-led engineering consultancy with an international footprint that is renowned for finding the best technical and sustainable solutions to the most complex projects, wherever these may be.
ADP Consulting is committed to inspiring a better world through influence and design, collaborating with industry leaders who are equally as passionate about innovation, design excellence and, importantly, our impact on the planet.
ADP Consulting has now joined forces with Ayesa, one of the world's largest technology and engineering companies, in a move that facilitates new pathways and accelerates our growth.
What is your role? This is a work-winning role at its core. You'll lead business development across the multiple sectors in Queensland, building and managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and bringing in projects that you then see through to delivery. You'll manage the projects you win, with the support of ADP's broader technical team behind you.
You'll remain close to technical delivery, contributing your building services expertise across design and project management, while positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.

A real lead role, not a title upgrade: Take ownership of business development, build lasting client relationships, and help shape the growth of our Brisbane business.
Discipline-open: we are interested in strong engineers across Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Hydraulics, or Fire Safety.
- The support of a national multidisciplinary firm behind you, with the agility and culture of a firm that still values people over hierarchy.

You have established relationships in the market, preferably in Education and Health sectors in Queensland, and a track record of winning and delivering work at that level. You bring
experience at Associate Director level or above in consulting, across one or more of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Hydraulics,or Fire Safety.
You have proven experience winning work and managing client relationships in Queensland.
- You are confident leading technical delivery and project management on the jobs you bring in, without relying on a large team around you.
- You understand project financials and are comfortable with the commercial side of running projects, not just delivering them.
- You are known for building trust with clients and positioning yourself as a long-term advisor, not just a consultant on a single job.
