Progressive small animal hospital in the Beaumont CA hiring an Associate Veterinarian for a collaborative 3 DVM team with strong technician support.

This is a growing general practice in the Beaumont area with an established client base, consistent appointment flow, and a team that works closely together day to day. The hospital sees a broad mix of small animal medicine, surgery, and preventative care, with enough caseload variety to keep medicine interesting without creating burnout-level pace.

The veterinary team includes three doctors supported by multiple RVTs, experienced assistants, and onsite leadership that stays involved in the day-to-day operation of the hospital. The Medical Director is approachable, collaborative, and supportive of different practice styles. Doctors are encouraged to practice good medicine, ask questions openly, and contribute ideas as the hospital continues to grow.

The hospital has built a reputation locally for being dependable, personable, and consistent with clients. Appointments are scheduled with enough support around the doctor to allow for proper workups, communication, and follow-through. The team values professionalism without creating a rigid environment, and there is very little turnover across the support staff.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team, values strong support staff, and wants a hospital where mentorship and autonomy can coexist. New graduates are welcome, and experienced veterinarians looking for a more grounded team culture would fit well here.
