What You'll Do As an Associate Veterinarian, you will: Provide compassionate, high-quality veterinary care to a diverse patient population Perform comprehensive wellness and sick-patient examinations Develop individualized diagnostic and treatment plans Perform routine surgical and dental procedures based on your experience and interests Utilize in-house diagnostics to support timely medical decision-making Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding their pets' health and treatment options Collaborate with our veterinary team to provide comprehensive patient care Participate in the care of canine, feline, avian, and exotic patients according to your comfort level and interests Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and their pets Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship, continuing education, and professional development   Why Animal Wellness Center? What We're Looking For DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school Virginia veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain one Ability to obtain a DEA license, as applicable Strong communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate, patient-centered approach to veterinary medicine Commitment to high-quality medicine and excellent client service Comfortable working collaboratively within a veterinary team New graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply Benefits & Perks Compensation range of $120,000 - $150,000 + quarterly production percentage of 20% (no negative accrual!)
