What we're looking for

- 3 to 5 years of CNC machining or manufacturing engineering experience.

- Deep hands-on knowledge of five-axis milling and CNC programming.

- A bachelor's degree in engineering or another STEM field.

- Experience with automated machining cells, pallets, or linear systems.

- Familiarity with CAM, G-code, macros, and in-process probing.

- The client lists US citizenship or lawful permanent residency as an eligibility requirement for this role.

Bonus points

- Titanium, Inconel, or other hard-alloy machining.

- Experience standardizing tooling, workholding, and equipment selection.

- Collegiate motorsports or Formula SAE experience.

Compensation and benefits

- Base salary: USD 150,000 to 200,000 per year.

- Equity: Equity compensation is expected; specific terms will be discussed at offer stage.

- Health, dental, and vision coverage.

- A relocation stipend is available.

Location and work model
