Your Purpose as an Automotive Technician: Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of vehicle systems Identify mechanical and electrical concerns using proper diagnostic procedures Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while meeting dealership quality standards Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify concerns are resolved Work closely with advisors and teammates to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow Stay current on new technology and repair procedures through ongoing training Requirements Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle Associates degree in Automotive preferred but not required ASE certifications preferred but not required At least 1+ years experience as a technician Your Well-Being: Competitive Pay: This is a commission-based position that guarantees 40 flag hours per week and offers uncapped earning opportunities for high-performing technicians Commission-based role with uncapped earning potential for motivated technicians $60,000+ annually, based on experience Work Schedule: Full-time Schedule Comprehensive Benefits Offering: Market-leading medical plans including PPO, HSA, and FSA options; Multiple Dental (includes orthodontics) and Vision plans; Varying Vacation and Sick Leave available Day 1; 4 Week-Paid Parental Leave available Day 1; 401(k) Match with 100% vesting after 1 year and immediate eligibility at age 18; Short- and Long-Term Disability options; Accident and Critical Illness Plans; Basic Life, Pet, Legal, & Identity Insurance Modern Lexus Service Facility: Clean, climate-controlled service bays Lexus approved tools/diagnostic equipment Built-in toolboxes Relocation offers available!
