B Technician

We are seeking a B Tech skill level technician to join the fastest growing Ford Dealership in Wisconsin!

Automotive Technician Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED preferred

• Prefer ASE and/or Ford Certifications, but not required

• Basic computer literacy required

• Valid driving record

Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and general automotive repairs.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.

• Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling, and driveability repairs.

• Use diagnostic scan tools and Ford service information.

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical repair procedures.

• Perform vehicle inspections and identify additional repair needs.

• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Work closely with service advisors and other technicians.

• Ask for assistance from senior technicians when dealing with complex diagnostic or repair issues.
