Bachendorf’s: Rolex Sales Associate (luxury timepieces exp. req.) Responsibilities • Build relationships with clients and deliver an elevated luxury experience • Discover customer needs through a consultative sales approach • Educate clients on Rolex timepieces, craftsmanship, and product offerings • Maintain knowledge of current product availability and recommend appropriate timepieces • Foster repeat business through exceptional customer service and client follow up • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently • Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system • Maintain a polished, organized showroom that reflects Rolex brand standards • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion • Participate in ongoing product knowledge and luxury sales training • Achieve individual and store goals for sales, client development, and customer acquisition Bachendorf’s: Rolex Sales Associate (luxury timepieces exp. req.) Qualifications • Rolex sales experience required • Exceptional presentation and communication skills required • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with luxury clientele required • Ability to work weekends and holidays required
