About the Role
You will join a small engineering team building AI native backend systems for a healthcare operations platform. The role focuses on secure, scalable processing of clinical data and powering rapid onboarding for customers.
What You'll Do
Architect and deploy AI native backend systems that handle high volume data via API.
Collaborate on product iterations end to end by incorporating customer feedback.
Own critical backend infrastructure and drive its evolution toward reliability and security.
Scale systems and architectures to support rapid customer onboarding and company growth.
What We're Looking For
0-1 years of professional backend software development experience
Proficiency in Python
Infrastructure as code experience with Terraform or a similar tool
Understanding of prompt engineering
Strong GitHub profile with active contributions
Currently employed in a role at an established company
Ability to work in-person five days per week at the designated office
Interest in building meaningful healthcare products
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: USD 120,000, 250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship available.
