About the Role

Join a six-person engineering team at an early-stage healthtech AI company building agentic infrastructure that automates administrative clinical workflows, helping millions of patients access care faster. This is a high-ownership role where your work directly shapes the core platform and its growth.

What You'll Do

Architect and deploy AI-native backend systems that process high-volume clinical data via API.
Build reliable, secure agentic infrastructure capable of handling sensitive clinical information at scale.
Own critical backend infrastructure and drive its technical evolution over time.
Scale systems and architecture to support rapid customer onboarding, the company's primary growth lever.
Integrate direct customer feedback to shape product iterations end-to-end.

What We're Looking For

0 to 1 years of professional backend software development experience.
Proficiency in Python (required).
Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform (required).
Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and practices.
Strong GitHub contribution history with active, meaningful commits.
Currently employed at an established company (not self-employed or between roles).
Genuine enthusiasm for building impactful products in healthcare.
