①Recruitment Background

Historically, development for the ENS business has been driven by teams centered primarily in North America and Europe. However, to deliver value to users with greater speed and accelerate growth, the company aims to expand its engineering organization in Japan.

The company is seeking a Backend Engineer who will work cross-functionally across the global ENS product suite. The role spans designing and developing new AI-driven features, resolving technical debt, and building entirely new products.

②Your Role

【Job Overview】

In the backend development of global ENS products, the engineer will be involved in the entire lifecycle, including planning, design, development, and operations. The scope of work is broad, ranging from designing and developing new AI-driven features to resolving technical debt and building entirely new products.

1. Contribution to Business Growth

・Designing and developing new features.

・Improving and refactoring existing functionalities.

・Developing entirely new products.

2. Project Execution

・Gathering and clarifying requirements from stakeholders.

・Managing tasks and ticketing lifecycles.

・Leading requirements definition, architecture design, implementation, code reviews, and testing.

3. Operations & Maintenance

・Participating in maintenance and operations alongside development to achieve a full-cycle engineering model.

・Enhancing and automating operational and maintenance workflows.

・Handling bug fixes, addressing inquiries, identifying systemic issues, and implementing functional improvements.

・Writing SQL queries to extract data for business analysis and investigations.

・3+ years of practical experience in backend development using C# and the .NET Framework

・Experience developing on the Microsoft Azure platform

・Experience developing in a multi-region environment
