Baker (Artisan Bread Specialist)

Join PAUL Greece PAUL, the internationally renowned French bakery, pastry and café brand operating in more than 50 countries, is looking for skilled Bakers (Artisan Bread Specialists) to join our central production bakery in Glyfada, Athens . Key Responsibilities Prepare artisan breads, doughs, viennoiserie and other bakery products following authentic PAUL recipes and production standards. Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all bakery products. Follow daily production schedules and meet production targets. Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery and all production areas. Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures. Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an efficient production environment. Act with professionalism, integrity and respect for PAUL's values and quality standards Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years' experience in artisan bread or bakery production. Degree or diploma in Bakery or Pastry Arts is considered an advantage. Good knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation and bread production. Experience operating professional bakery equipment. Understanding of food hygiene and HACCP procedures. Good command of English (French is considered an advantage). Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. What We Offer Net monthly salary: €1,100 (14 salaries per year). €100 net Edenred prepaid benefit card every month. Working hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM . 48 working hours per week . Night production shift. Relocation & Immigration Support For candidates relocating from outside the European Union, the Company will provide full assistance throughout the relocation process. We will cover all legal and administrative costs relating to: Work Permit Residence Permit Visa support (where applicable) Government applications and documentation Immigration legal assistance Successful candidates will be employed under a full-time Greek employment contract. Due to the significant investment involved in the relocation and immigration process, successful candidates are expected to commit to a minimum employment period of two (2) years .
