Barista / Juice Bar Specialist Location: Hargeisa, Republic of Somaliland Employment Type: Full-time (2-year contract, renewable) — On-site, Live-in (staff accommodation provided) Salary: USD 300 Net per Month (plus accommodation, meals on duty, flights, visa/work permit, and medical cover) Application Deadline: Sunday, 6th September 2026 About the Role Our client is opening a new café in Hargeisa and is seeking an experienced Barista/Juice Bar Specialist to run a high-volume coffee and juice bar — espresso-based drinks, fresh juices, milkshakes, smoothies, and virgin mojitos. This role offers hands-on experience setting up and running a busy bar station from a new café's opening day. Key Responsibilities Prepare espresso-based drinks, fresh juices, milkshakes, smoothies, and mocktails at high volume. Operate and clean a commercial espresso machine daily. Dial grinders and steam milk to consistent standards, including latte art. Manage bar stock levels and minimize fruit wastage. Deliver fast, friendly, customer-facing service. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years' experience on a commercial espresso machine (grinder dialling, milk steaming, latte art, daily machine cleaning). Strong experience preparing fresh juices, milkshakes, smoothies, and mocktails in a busy café. Valid food safety/hygiene certificate. Barista certification is an added advantage. Is ready to relocate and live on-site in Hargeisa for a 2-year assignment.
