TOV Organic is a beauty and skincare salon combining organic skincare with advanced medical skincare treatments.

We are passionate about helping our clients feel their best while providing high-quality, personalised treatments in a warm and welcoming environment.

What You Will Be Working With

Our therapists have the opportunity to work across a range of beauty, wellness and advanced skincare treatments, including:

• Organic facial and skincare treatments

• Advanced and medical skincare treatments

• Massage, including Deep Tissue, Balinese, Reflexology and Lymphatic Drainage

• Waxing and hair removal

• Nail treatments

• Advanced facial treatments

• Professional skincare consultations and product recommendations, with full training provided

We work with Germaine de Capuccini, a leading Spanish professional skincare brand, and their ExpertJet HydraFacial technology. Full training will be provided, so no previous experience is required.

The Person We Are Looking For

Most importantly, we are looking for the right personality, experience and attitude.

Requirements:

• Qualified in Beauty Therapy or a related field

• Experienced in professional massage and beauty treatments

• Have 3+ years of professional experience

• Experienced in techniques such as Deep Tissue Massage, Balinese Massage, Reflexology or Lymphatic Drainage

• Confident in facials, waxing and client consultations

• Passionate about skincare, wellness and beauty

• Friendly, positive and naturally warm with clients

• Professional, reliable and responsible

• Well-spoken in English

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Eager to learn and develop new skills

• Proud of the treatments and service you provide

• Advanced facials

• Microneedling

• HydraFacial

• Lymphatic drainage

• Deep Tissue Massage

• Balinese Massage

• Reflexology

• Nail treatments

• Waxing

• Laser hair removal

• Other advanced skincare treatments

International Applicants

We welcome applications from internationally trained therapists with relevant qualifications and experience.

Experience with Asian massage techniques, particularly Balinese Massage, is highly valued.

If you are currently based outside Malta but are interested in building a long-term career with TOV Organic, we are open to discussing relocation and work permit support for the right candidate, subject to the applicable requirements and approvals.
