Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Dover, DE. The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage a pool of available IT consultants, proactively market their profiles to clients and vendors, and secure suitable job opportunities. Daily responsibilities include sourcing new requirements from existing and prospective clients, negotiating rates and terms, coordinating interviews, and following up on submissions and feedback. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with vendors and hiring managers, tracking consultant status and placements, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance. The Bench Sales Recruiter will collaborate closely with account managers and leadership to meet placement targets and support overall business growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Recruitment and Bench Sales skills, including experience marketing consultants to clients and vendors.
• Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills, covering sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing offers.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including relationship building, requirement gathering, and client/vendor coordination.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage candidates, clients, and internal teams clearly and professionally.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of IT staffing and technologies, understanding of U.S. work authorization categories (OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, etc.), strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and MS Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related field, or equivalent recruitment experience, is preferred.
