Role Responsibilities

• Handle general administrative matters and support day-to-day office operations

• Communicate clearly and professionally in Mandarin Chinese and English with employees, managers, vendors, and business partners

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, documents, records, and follow-up items across departments

• Track administrative requests, identify issues, and help drive practical solutions to completion

• Maintain accurate and organized company information while handling sensitive matters with discretion

• Provide additional administrative and coordination support as business needs arise

Qualifications

Required

• Professional fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English

• Strong communication, coordination, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Good judgment and demonstrated problem-solving ability

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Able to work full-time on-site in Lyerly, Georgia

Preferred

• Recent college graduates are welcome; prior administrative experience is helpful but not required
