Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role involves creating, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment programs designed to meet the unique needs of each client. Through data-driven interventions and ongoing collaboration, you will help clients achieve measurable progress in real-world settings. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, ensuring effective implementation of treatment programs. • Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and regular reassessments. • Facilitate parent and family engagement sessions to promote collaboration and skill-building. • Lead clinical meetings and provide training for behavior technicians. • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical standards set by the BACB. • Participate in curriculum development and contribute to process improvements. • Support organizational initiatives and collaborate with leadership on special projects. Qualifications • BCBA: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field with active Board Certification (BACB). • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
