You will lead a dual-industry operation supporting customers across both Agriculture and Construction, with responsibility for Sales, Parts and Service. You will ideally bring: Strong Agriculture industry experience Experience leading multi-functional teams across Sales, Parts, Service or Operations Commercial and business acumen, including budget and performance management A passion for people development, culture and leadership The ability to build trust with customers, team members and the local community A track record of delivering results while maintaining a positive, values-led culture A hands-on leadership style with the confidence to lead from the front Experience in agriculture, John Deere, heavy equipment, dealerships, construction, automotive, transport or related industries will be highly regarded Why RDO Equipment?
