We're seeking an experienced Brand, SEO, Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing Liligo team in Barcelona (Hybrid) to support the creation, optimization and publication of content across Liligo’s main digital touchpoints. Your role will combine SEO content production, editorial coordination, CMS integration, social content adaptation and brand consistency. You will work closely with the SEO Lead and the marketing team to produce high-quality content for the French market, improve Liligo’s organic visibility and ensure that our tone of voice remains clear, useful, transparent and inspiring across all channels. What you will do: The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Brand, SEO, Social Media Specialist in the Marketing Liligo Team you will be in charge of: Contribute to the editorial calendar for the Liligo Magazine, SEO pages, landing pages and selected external touchpoints. Coordinate day-to-day content production based on priorities defined with the SEO Lead and marketing team Help ensure that all content follows Liligo’s tone of voice, editorial guidelines and brand positioning Review and improve existing content to maintain quality, consistency and relevance over time. Write, edit and proofread high-quality digital content, including blog posts, travel guides, SEO landing pages, newsletters and social media copy. Adapt editorial and SEO content into engaging formats for social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Support CRM and newsletter content by reviewing copy, tone of voice and visual consistency in close collaboration with the CRM Manager. Turn travel insights, trends and user needs into clear, useful and engaging content for travelers. Create SEO-oriented content for Liligo’s website, including blog articles, travel guides, landing pages and destination pages. Use AI tools where relevant to support and accelerate the writing process, while ensuring strong editorial quality, accuracy and brand consistency. Publish and integrate content directly into the CMS, making sure each page is properly formatted, structured and ready to go live. Work with the SEO Lead to follow content priorities, update existing pages and track the performance of published content. Create simple and effective visual assets to support content distribution, including social media visuals, banners, stories, basic short-form videos and newsletter visuals. Use agile creative tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar platforms to adapt existing templates and produce daily content assets. Collaborate with designers or external creative teams for larger campaigns when needed. Monitor key content performance indicators such as organic traffic, engagement, social interactions and newsletter performance. Use tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, GA4 or internal dashboards to understand what works and identify opportunities for improvement. Use modern AI tools to streamline content workflows, generate content variations, support research and improve production efficiency. Here's what you need to succeed: 2 to 4 years of experience in content marketing, digital content, copywriting, SEO content or a related role, ideally within an online pure player, digital media company or the travel/tourism sector. Native-level or fully bilingual French writing skills are mandatory, with excellent grammar, syntax and tone of voice. Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required to work smoothly within our international team in Spain. Good understanding of SEO content best practices and experience publishing content in a CMS such as WordPress or similar. Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush or GA4 is a plus. Ability to adapt written content into social media formats and maintain a consistent brand voice across different channels. Experience with social media content creation is a strong plus. Comfortable using simple creative tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar platforms to produce visual assets, stories, banners and basic short-form videos. Advanced design or video editing skills are a plus, but not mandatory. Comfortable using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney or similar solutions to support brainstorming, content production, copy variations and workflow optimization, while keeping human editorial judgment and quality control Creative, detail-oriented, curious and organized. Able to work autonomously on operational tasks while collaborating closely with SEO, brand, CRM and marketing teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants. Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows. AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
