For an international company based in Portugal, we are looking for
Ukrainian-speaking
Customer Service Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, or live chat.
Provide clear, friendly, and professional support.
Deliver accurate, solution-oriented information.
Record and document customer interactions in the system.
Maintain quality and service standards.
Collaborate with international teams when necessary.
No prior customer service experience is required.
This position is for you if you:
Speak
Ukrainian
at a native or C1-C2 level (fluent/bilingual).
Have an English level of B1 or higher.
Are ready to live and work in Portugal.
Are motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
Are open to a multicultural work environment.
Are an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit / temporary protection status for Portugal.
