About the job
Join our newly formed D2C brand team ("Buzz Squad"), reporting directly
to our CMO.
Mission
Design and run D2C brands: brand shop, creative direction, content.
• Run official social accounts (Instagram / TikTok @aimedia.official):
planning, shooting and editing, analytics
• Plan PR, influencer collaborations, and co-promotions with major
Japanese retailers from the planning stage
• Launch new brand projects together with the CMO
Must-have
• Japanese, business level: JLPT N2 or above, or equivalent
(e.g. BJT 400+)
• English: TOEIC 850+, IELTS 6.0+, TOEFL iBT 72+, Eiken Grade Pre-1+,
OPIc IH+, Duolingo 105+, or equivalent demonstrated proficiency
• Must be legally authorized to work in Japan, or eligible for the
visa we sponsor
Preferred
• Hands-on experience in one or more of: D2C, e-commerce shop
operations, social media management with creative production
(video or design), brand management
Employment
• Employer: Aimedia Co., Ltd. — direct employment, no agency involved
• Full-time, permanent (no fixed term); 3-month probation with no
change in conditions
• Process: application and portfolio screening → interview with the
CMO → final interview with the President and executives → offer
Location
• Osaka office: 9-8 Nozaki-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka. 10 minutes on foot
from Minamimorimachi Station, one stop from Umeda.
• Possible future assignment to our Tokyo or overseas offices under
company rules.
• Smoke-free office.
Compensation and conditions
• Expected first-year gross: JPY 4,010,000 - 4,390,000. Grade is
assessed on experience during selection.
• Salary review once a year; bonus twice a year
• 9:00-18:00. Average overtime 4.8 hours per month.
• 118 days off per year; paid leave available from your first day
• Full social insurance
• Rent allowance of up to JPY 28,000 per month, included in salary
Relocation and visa
• Visa sponsorship, flight and moving support
• Company-arranged housing is provided until your visa is issued
(approximately 4 months)
