Required breast credential: ARDMS RDMS (BR) or ARRT (BS)
Considering your next breast sonography role—or a move to Miami? A confidential outpatient imaging center is seeking an experienced breast sonographer who can perform high-quality examinations and support radiologists during ultrasound-guided breast biopsies.
Your breast imaging expertise will be central to the position, from acquiring diagnostic images to helping patients feel informed and prepared throughout their visit.
What qualifies youAn active RDMS (BR) credential through ARDMS OR a Breast Sonography (BS) credential through ARRT. One is required; both are not necessary.
Two or more years of dedicated breast ultrasound experience.
Experience assisting with ultrasound-guided breast biopsy procedures.
Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Applicants must already hold the required breast specialty credential.
What you will doAcquire breast ultrasound images according to established protocols.
Assist with ultrasound-guided breast biopsies and related procedures.
Explain examinations, position patients, and support patient comfort.
Review orders and relevant history and document studies in PACS/EMR.
Coordinate with radiologists and maintain safe examination and procedure rooms.
Dedicated breast imaging work in an outpatient environment.
A position that uses your biopsy experience alongside your scanning skills.
Compensation based on experience.
Sign-on bonus OR relocation assistance for eligible candidates, with individual amounts and terms confirmed during hiring.
Experience with ABUS, Hologic equipment, or additional breast procedures is a plus. English/Spanish bilingual skills are welcome.
