Job description
Onsite work at our Tokyo office or client site in Japan
Requirement interviews with clients, design reviews, progress reporting
Pass specifications to Vietnam team and verify quality
Estimation, scheduling and risk management
Interpretation / translation duties and mentoring junior BrSEs
Requirements
5+ years as BrSE or in offshore project leadership
Japanese JLPT N2 or above (smooth business communication)
Holding or eligible for a Japan work visa
Strong requirement-definition and basic-design documentation
Background in web or mobile development
