You will: Safely install, test, and repair broadband, internet, TV, and phone services for residential and local business customers Run wiring, set up routers/Wi-Fi equipment, and troubleshoot technical issues on-site Educate customers on how to use their services and equipment with a friendly, helpful approach Work independently in the field while receiving guidance and support from senior team members What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of customer in customer facing roles Experience operating hand tools and troubleshooting electronics, computers, routers, streaming devices or apps Be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to effectively communicate and educate customers on company products and functions Structure and organized Bonus points if you have: Experience working in a technical field position Basic knowledge of telecommunication equipment and installation Location Ada / Twin Valley, MN Your Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM; on call rotation required Experience the Benefits of a Career with Arvig At Arvig, we offer more than just a job—we provide a foundation for a fulfilling career, supported by benefits that empower you to succeed both professionally and personally.
