Business Advisory & Transactional Attorney - Team Lead - Hybrid - Responsibilities • Lead weekly Level 10 operating meeting: scorecards, SLA health, work distribution, risks • Distribute work across the team to ensure SLA and utilization targets are achieved • Coach attorneys and paralegals on process execution and QA standard adherence • Own team portfolio and associated metrics: client satisfaction, retention, and expansion • Maintain a personal docket: high-impact negotiations, governance counseling, complexities • Partner with Practice Area Managers on data integrity, dashboard health, early‑warning signals • Drive adoption/optimization of templates, matter plans, and platforms; keep accurate checklists • Lead client relationships, mentor team talent, and ensure clean cross‑team handoffs • Leverage AI tools actively and effectively to drive efficient operations Business Advisory & Transactional Attorney - Team Lead - Hybrid - Qualifications • JD and active membership in the Florida Bar required • 7+ years transactional law experience required • 5+ years private practice with small/medium-sized clients required • First-chair experience on significant M&A or strategic transactions required • Previous leadership experience (mentoring, team lead, etc.) required • Comfort operating in an entrepreneurial, KPI-driven scorecard environment required
